Cancellation/Refund Policy

Please help us to avoid unnecessary costs that could be used for better events, scholarships, and improving our communities by reading our cancellation and refund policy.

1) All events must be paid for, or have a payment plan arranged with our office, within 14 days of the event.

2) There are no refunds for cancellations within 1 week of the event.

3) Please contact Hannah Goldring to discuss your financial aid needs. Financial aid is limited and on a first-come basis for qualified participants with detailed information. You can apply as part of your registration process.
